As of yesterday, the game jam build of Taking the Tower is available!
Taking the Tower is a very NSFW real-time dungeon crawling roguelite. Explore the mysterious tower on the edge of town. Fight monsters, find keys, earn gold and experience, and return to town to upgrade your stats and do it all again.
Did I mention you're wearing a magic talking butt plug the whole time and it's making you super horny? Take advantage of your libido to unleash climax attacks for extra damage. Careful: if you try to hold back for too long, you'll just wind up cumming everywhere.
Enjoy two interactable plug insertion scenes, one of which was extremely rushed for this version of the game and will need a big overhaul later.
The game can be played in your browser or as a downloadable game for Windows. I'll see about getting a Linux build working as well in the future. Right now the web build does not work on mobile devices, because the sex scenes aren't detecting touch input (it works fine for clicking through dialogue though?).
This first version of the game was created for Strawberry Jam 5. It took 28 days of my life and about 3 existential crises to complete. The art is quite rough in this version, because I was prioritizing implementing gameplay systems.
In the near future there are handful of bugs I want to fix, but I'll wait until the game jam judging is complete.
I also have tons of ideas for additional content, and I'd like to be able to spend a lot more time making the art presentable.
